These cream puffs are filled with a perfectly smooth salted caramel diplomat pastry cream and topped with a crunchy sugar crust and salted caramel (of course). Packaged pretty, these make for a fantastic hostess gift this winter or the perfect petit four with coffee!

All of our Signature Cream Puffs are made with a choux pastry base topped with a delicious crunchy cracquelin crust. Our cream puffs are made fresh daily and filled with a perfectly smooth pastry cream!

Proper Storage and Care
If ordering a few days prior to an event, immediately store cream puffs in the freezer. Defrost (uncovered) at room temperature a few hours prior to serving.
