The Day of Delivery
On the day of delivery, you (the sender) will receive an email notifying you that your gift is ready for delivery! Once your gift has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.
Your recipient will receive a text message confirming the delivery to help ensure someone will be available to receive your gift in-person when it arrives.
Gift Delivery Standards
Your gift will be handled with care. It will be hand-delivered from the local bakery or gift shop to your recipient.
Your gift will arrive as a "gift". It will not be accompanied by receipts or invoices. Payment details will only be sent to you, the sender, via the email you have provided.

Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery within Calgary and Toronto.
Note: All items in your cart must be available in the same city. Use the Delivery City filter when browsing to ensure your selections are deliverable in your chosen location.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s address.
Prices may vary depending on the delivery location, holidays, and peak seasons.
Do you offer Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery?
Yes — for select items.
Each gift has its own preparation time (baking, arranging, wrapping, etc.). Please refer to the product description for availability of same-day or next-day delivery.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Please provide an accurate mobile number for your recipient, as we send delivery confirmations via text.
Note: Not all gifts are available for all dates. Preparation times vary — check the individual product page for details.
Will the receipt be included with the gift?
No. All gifts are delivered without pricing or payment details.
Receipts and billing information are sent only to you, the sender, via email.
Can I place an order from another country?
Yes! You can place an order from anywhere in the world. Your gift will be delivered locally in Calgary or Toronto.

Will I be notified when my gift is delivered?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your gift is delivered.
Can I combine multiple gifts in one order?

What happens if my recipient isn't home?
If the recipient isn’t available, we’ll leave the gift at the front door, in a lobby, or a secure common area.
⚠️ Please note: Arrangeit is not responsible for gifts left unattended. To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend confirming the recipient will be home and providing their correct mobile number for delivery updates.
Can I send a gift to myself?
Absolutely! Simply enter your own information at checkout, and we’ll deliver it directly to you.
Please note: You must be located in the same city as the shop preparing your gift.

All gifts are handcrafted by local shops and artisans in Calgary and Toronto. Each one takes pride in quality and presentation.
