Can I order from Calgary or Toronto?
Yes! You can order from either city, and your gift will be delivered locally in Calgary or Toronto.
Can I order from outside Canada?
Absolutely. You can place your order from anywhere in the world. Your gift will be delivered locally in Calgary or Toronto.
Delivery
Where can I have my gift deliveried?
We offer delivery within Calgary and Toronto, where your gift is prepared fresh by local shops.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your recipient’s delivery address.
Note: Prices may vary during holidays, peak seasons, and depending on location.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
Yes — for select gifts.
Please check individual product descriptions for delivery availability, as each item has a unique preparation time.
Can I choose the delivery date?
Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Please ensure you provide a valid mobile number for your recipient, as delivery updates are sent via text.
Note: Not all gifts are available for all dates. Check the product details for delivery timelines.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If no one is available to receive the gift, your gift will be placed at the front door, in a lobby, or in a common space that’s accessible.
⚠️ Please note: Arrangeit is not responsible for gifts left unattended. We recommend confirming your recipient is home and providing an accurate mobile number for delivery updates.
Can I send a gift to myself?
Of course! Just enter your own details at checkout and we’ll deliver it directly to you.
Can my gift be a surprise?
We do our best to preserve the element of surprise, but recipients will receive a text message before delivery to ensure a smooth handoff.
If no one is available, the gift will be left in a nearby, accessible spot.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel or change my order?

Do you offer refunds?
We want you and your recipient to love your Arrangeit experience. That said, due to the nature of our products, refunds are subject to the following policies:
