Who prepares the gifts?
All gifts are prepared by local shops who take great pride in expertly handcrafting each gift.
Placing Orders
Can I order locally from Calgary or Toronto?
Yes. You may order from Calgary and Toronto. Your gift will be delivered locally by Arrangeit.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes, you can order from overseas. You may place your order online from anywhere in the world, and your gift will be delivered locally in Calgary or Toronto.
Can I combine multiple gifts in one order?
Yes, you may combine multiple gifts in one order, however, all gifts must be from the same shop.
Please note: All gifts in your cart must be from the same shop.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver locally in Calgary and Toronto
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery will be calculated at checkout based on your recipient's delivery address.
Please note: Holidays, delivery location and seasons may affect delivery prices.
Do you offer Same Day & Next Day delivery?
Yes. However...
Please note: Not all gifts will be available for same day or next day delivery. Please check gift descriptions for available delivery days. Each gift has a unique preparation time (the time it takes to bake, arrange, wrap, or otherwise prepare your gift).
Can I choose when my gift is delivered?
Yes, you may select your preferred delivery date. Please provide the accurate phone number for your Recipient. Confirmations are sent by text message.

Who will deliver my gift?
Your gift will be delivered locally within Calgary or Toronto by Arrangeit.
Will I be notified when my gift has been delivered?
Yes, upon delivery you will receive an email confirming your gift has been delivered.
Will the receipt be delivered with my gift?
No. Your gift will be delivered as a “gift” without any payment information.
Receipts, billing and payment details will only be sent to you (the sender) via email, to the email address you provide at checkout.
What if my recipient isn't home?
While we do our best to deliver your gift when your recipient is available, we cannot guarantee someone will be available to accept your gift in person.
If your recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery, we will place your gift near the front door, in the lobby space, or a common space accessible to our drivers.
***Arrangeit is not responsible for gifts left near the delivery location if the recipient is not available upon delivery. Please do your best to ensure the recipient is home and expecting a delivery, and provide an accurate mobile phone number for your recipient.
What if I am delivering the gift to myself?
When checking out, fill out your own information on the shipping form. We will deliver the gift right to you.
What if I want my gift to be a surprise?
Your recipient will always be notified via text message before delivery to help ensure a successful delivery. Please note: If your recipient isn't available at the time of delivery, we will place your gift on their doorstep or in the lobby or a common space accessible to our drivers.
***Arrangeit is not responsible for gifts left near the delivery location if the recipient is not available to receive the gift in person. Please do your best to ensure the recipient is home and expecting a delivery.

All gifts are prepared by local shops who take great pride in handcrafting each gift.
Gift availability will depend on the following:
Business Hours of Operation. Each local business has unique Hours of Operation.
Preparation Time. Each product has a unique preparation time (the time it takes to bake, arrange, wrap, or otherwise prepare your item).
Payments
What payment methods does Arrangeit accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, as well as Diners Club, Interac, and Visa Debit.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We exceed industry security standards.
Our payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. To put it simply, any payment information sent to Stripe is sent securely and safely.
We use the same payment methods trusted by thousands of businesses of all sizes across the globe, including many Fortune 500 companies.
Cancellations
What if I need to cancel, refund or change my order?
Feel free to contact us via email at orders@arrangeitapp.com to request cancelleation of your order.
If you or the person you are gifting isn't happy with your Arrangeit experience, please reach out and let us know.
Refunds: For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for cakes or wholly or partially consumed gift items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or otherwise defective.
Substitutions and flavour preference are not grounds for a refund. Variances are common in floral and handcrafted items and not grounds for a refund. Product photographs are for inspiration and reference only. Items will not be identical to product photographs. Refunds will not be granted for items that differ from product photos, within reason. Refunds will not be granted for personal dislike of a particular flavour as flavours and personal preferences are subjective. Refunds will not be granted for buttercream cakes that have been sliced and/or consumed cold, without before reaching room temperature; buttercream cakes, as indicated on the included instruction cards, must come to room temperature to become soft and moist. Refunds will not be granted for items that have been partially or wholly consumed.
