ARRANGEIT PLATFORM AND NETWORK RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

It is our goal to make sure you and the recipient have an easy and enjoyable gifting experience with Arrangeit.

 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancelled and refunded orders are subject to a 10% Cancellation/Refund Fee.

 

Eligibility

For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for wholly or partially consumed gift items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or otherwise defective.

Substitutions and flavour preference are not grounds for a refund. Variances are common in floral and handcrafted items. Product photographs are for inspiration and reference only.  Items will not be identical to product photographs. Refunds will not be granted for items that differ from product photos, within reason. Refunds will not be granted for personal dislike of a particular flavour as flavours and personal preferences are subjective. Refunds will not be granted for buttercream cakes that have been sliced and/or consumed cold, without before reaching room temperature. Buttercream cakes, as indicated on the included instruction cards, must come to room temperature to become soft and moist. Refunds will not be granted for items that have been partially or wholly consumed.

You must email a photograph of your item within 24 hours, along with your receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund. To request a refund, exchange or credit, you may contact us at hello@arrangeitapp.com. If your requset is accepted, we’ll exchange, credit or refund the amount back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for wholly or partially consumed gift items.

For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for or partially or wholly consumed items. 


Refunds

Refunds are subject to a 10% fee. You have 24 hours to submit a request for refund or return, which means you have 48 hours days after receiving your item to request a refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  For safety and security reasons, refunds will not be issued for wholly or partially consumed gift items.

It may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in the account of your original payment method.
